Judge Jordan serves on the U.S. Court of Appeals since Feb. 2012. Before that, he served on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida from 1999-2012; Chief Appellate Division, U.S. Attorneys’ Office, S.D. Fla. 1998-1999; law clerk to the Hon.
