Thursday, Nov 2 – GLLN Social Luncheon – 11:45am - 1:15pm. Timpano’s, 450 E Las Olas Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301. Monthly luncheons are on the first Thursday of every month. The mission for the gay & lesbian lawyers network is to provide a social network in which gay, lesbian and gay friendly lawyers can develop their practices through friendships, referral relationships and professional development. September 2017 LGBT Events in Ft Lauderdale

On this Blog, I will post a highlight of some of the LGBT non-profit and political events that are going on in Ft. Lauderdale each month, so folks who want to attend can put them on their Calendars. LGBTQ Disaster Relief Fund Established for Houston – The catastrophic and historic impact of Hurricane Harvey will be felt by the LGBTQ community of Houston Texas for days, months, and potentially years to come. Our Fund Foundation has reached out to CenterLink, the international network of LGBT centers, to learn how South Floridians can help our brothers and sisters in the Houston region affected by the hurricane.   The Montrose Center, Houston's LGBTQ counseling and community center serving Houston for 39 years, has established a fund to support LGBTQ individuals and families who have been displaced or impacted by the hurricane.
