United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Judge Jordan serves on
the U.S. Court of Appeals since Feb. 2012. Before that, he served on the U.S.
District Court for the Southern District of Florida from 1999-2012; Chief
Appellate Division, U.S. Attorneys’ Office, S.D. Fla. 1998-1999; law clerk to
the Hon. Sandra Day O’Connor 1988-1999; and law clerk to the Hon. Thomas A.
Clark U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit 1987-1988. This will be a very
