October 6 – 22nd Annual National LGBTQ Task Force Gala Miami – 6:00pm
- Midnight. Fontainebleau Miami Beach, 4441 Collins Ave., Miami Beach, FL
33140. The National LGBTQ Task Force Gala – Miami is an important South Florida
tradition. It allows the LGBTQ community and its supporters to honor our
heroes, while at the same time providing a vital source of funding for the
community on both the local and national levels. The event is produced by the
National LGBTQ Task Force, the oldest national organization dedicated to
achieving equality for LGBTQ people, and also benefits dozens of organizations
serving the Miami-Dade LGBTQ community. The National LGBTQ Task Force is proud
to announce longtime South Florida activists and philanthropists Charles
Million and Tim Nardi will receive the 2018 Eddy McIntyre Community Service
Award. The evening features a cocktail reception, a sit-down dinner, a silent
