The mission for the Gay & Lesbian Lawyers Network is to provide a social network in which gay, lesbian and gay friendly lawyers can develop their practices through friendships, referral relationships and professional development. Wednesday, April 2 – Dining Out For Life Kickoff & AIDS Walk Thank You Reception – 6:00pm – 8:00pm. J. Marks, 1245 N. Federal Highway, Fort Lauderdale. Please join us at J. Mark's Restaurant for a free reception to help us kickoff Dining Out For Life South Florida 2014 and as a thank you to our Florida AIDS Walk participants. March 2014 LGBT Events in Ft. Lauderdale

On this Blog, I will post a highlight of some of the LGBT non-profit and political events that are going on in Ft. Lauderdale each month, so folks who want to attend can put them on their Calendars. Saturday, March 1 and Sunday, March 2 – Pride Fort Lauderdale 2014 – 12:00 pm – 7:00pm. This event is once again hosted at, Fort Lauderdale War Memorial Auditorium at Holiday Park (800 NE 8th St. Fort Lauderdale, FL). Admission price at the gate is $15 per day, or $25 for the weekend. Credit card payments can be taken at the gate with a $10 surcharge. Specimen Days is a 2005 novel by American writer Michael Cunningham. It contains three stories: one that takes place in the past, one in the present, and one in the future.
